Maya Stratievsky is the President of Enabled Path, Inc. She is a passionate investor and entrepreneur driven by a strong sense of community and keen business sagacity.
Mr. and Mrs. Stratievsky’s hands-on leadership style propelled the restaurant’s popularity and established it as a culinary landmark within the local community. In 2005, the couple retired from restaurant business owning a large banquet facility in Buffalo Grove, IL. Driven by Mrs. Stratievsky’s tenant-first philosophy and rigorous attention to detail, Mr. and Mrs. Stratievsky built a diversified real estate portfolio ranging from large commercial properties such as "NorthGate Plaza" route 53 at North Ave., Lombard, IL, approx. 250,000 sq.ft. retail plaza, which at the time of ownership was anchored by a Menards store; the office building in Wheeling, a 62,000 sq.ft. property anchored by Cole Taylor bank, and several large multi-unit residential rental properties. Mrs. Stratievsky enjoys visiting her tenants, many of whom she knows on a first name basis. She maintains her enduring philosophy of accommodation and respect and believes that these values are the key to tenant loyalty and longevity.
Laura Palti
Laura’s responsibilities include overseeing day to day financial operations, and management of the company’s financial practices. She has experience in working as a title examiner and closing officer with several title companies. Also, she has over eight years of experience in property management.
Yaryna Makarchuk
Yaryna is directly responsible for origination, negotiation, and execution of all contracts. Her duties also include property and vendor selection; property acquisition and zoning. Yaryna has 4 years of experience working in the law firm and 2 years working as a closing coordinator in the mid-size development company.
